Editorial Reviews

Tha Grimm Teachaz are PMDF (Prince Midnight Dark Force,) KDz (Kenny Dennis aka Tha Killa Deacon,) and DJ Koufie. Breakfast is proud to present their unreleased 1993 debut album There's a Situation on the Homefront. Situation... features 12 tracks of vintage heavyweight raps with production from DJ Koufie and features guest emcees Son Doobie and MC17. Thanks to Tanya Dennis for unearthing this undiscovered gem! Enjoy tha Teachaz!

Album was supposed to be a sort of joke, a throw back to 1993 that was recorded in 2011. It's absolutely brilliant and it brings back that raw, unfiltered 90's east coast sound.

Full of classic sounding golden era beats and rhymes this album is also good for a laugh. Highlights include "Melissa" and "Double M" and the hilarious Fresh Greg interludes. If you are a fan of 90's hip hop you got to pick up this "lost album" featuring Kenny Dennis aka Serengeti.

I don't know why this album wasn't released when it was scheduled but it should have been heard it was because they had a problem with shaq who was a big deal for jive records at the time oh well their loss and now your gain
