Pfizer & Co., Inc. - makers of chemicals and pharmaceuticals - an Employers Mutuals' policyholder since 1946. Interesting to think that this company, one of the world's leading producers of the new wonder drugs, is also performing a few wonders of it's own on the production lines. Pfizer has a record of only 1.44 lost-time accidents per million man-hours worked compared with 4.12 for the industry. Mr. McKeen gives one reason for this unusual safety record when he says: 'Employers Mutuals has a refreshing approach towards plant safety.
