4.0 out of 5 stars Nice Quality and Color
This stuff sack is the distinctive NeoAir color... that helps distinguish it from others when packing or unpacking in low-light conditions.

Finishing of seams, addition of pull strap, etc. are all nice touches.

Only complaint is that this should be included in the price of the NeoAir... it's certainly expensive without the stuff sack and repair kit.

The stuff sack itself is fine- has a nice cloth handle to pull the air mattress out. Light material, and bright yellow to match the equally bright mattress. What griped me is that I had to purchase it separately in the first place. The NeoAir is SO THIN that I wouldn't dare carrying it without a sack. But it really should have been included in the already high cost of the mattress, and $14.95 is a ridiculous price for just a little sack. Hence the only 2 star rating.

4.0 out of 5 stars I agree, October 27, 2009

The sack is well made and very light weight, but you should not have to buy it separately from the mattress. The NeoAir mattress is priced high enough to include the sack.

4.0 out of 5 stars I like it., March 10, 2011

When this tiny thing came in the mail, I at first thought I must have recently ordered a Speedo, but no Speedo (that I know of) is constructed with 17 grams of silicone-treated Cordura nylon using a high-tenacity fiber technology that weight-for-weight is exceptionally durable.

This is one outstanding stuff sack and plenty roomy. I was surprised to see that I roll up my NeoAir mattress into a tighter roll than required to fit it in the sack. Now that I have the stuff sack to guide me, I'll quit being such a rolling over-achiever.

Due to the budget-busting dynamics of purchasing both a NeoAir mattress and a NeoAir stuff sack, I spread my purchases across multiple years. For example, it would work quite nicely to purchase the mattress in 2011 and then the stuff sack in 2012, after you've replenished your bank account sufficiently.

All-in-all, I like it.

3.0 out of 5 stars Um..., October 5, 2010

Okay, the only thing I hate about this is that it
most definitely should have been INCLUDED with the mattress.

But the mattress rocks. And it fits in this. End of story.

2.0 out of 5 stars Nickle & Dimed by Therm-a-Rest, July 14, 2010

Ok, for the product itself I suppose I give it 4 stars. It's a stuff sack, and the NeoAir fits in it nicely. My problem is that I paid close to $20 for a piece of nylon that really should have been included with the already expensive NeoAir mattress. This makes me a little annoyed and I feel nickle-and-dimed. Therm-a-rest, please take a hint and just include this stuff sack. I also recently purchased a North Face sleeping bag that came with a far nicer stuff sack, and it was included with the purchase.

This is the first stuff sack for a therm-a-rest pad where the pad actually fits in the sack easily. Very nicely made. As everyone else has indicated it should come with the pad which is already very expensive.

5.0 out of 5 stars Should have been included!, December 1, 2011

Like everyone else is saying this should have been included with the pad and is way too expensive, but this is not a review of that issue... The stuff sack is a 5 star item, very lightweight and well made. I just wish it came with the already pricey pad.

5.0 out of 5 stars Light and EZ, September 22, 2011

First off, I will put aside any notion that you will "have the best nite's sleep of your life" on this one. You won't. It's made for camping, and primarily backpacking where light matters. It's still an air matress which allows for a decent night's sleep when camping in the outdoors. Now that I've clarified that, I will say this is one of the best backpacking mattresses you can buy. It does what its suppose to; a comfortable buffer between you and the hard cold ground. It's very very light, and both the inflation and deflation take only a few easy minutes. And when deflated, the folded mattress easily fits into it's stuff sack. I have not experienced any problems with punctures or holes and is very durable. It also doubled as a nice raft when I camped by lakes - so that was a bonus.

It is great to have to protect the NeoAir, but it should have been included. It also could have been slightly smaller. I'm extremely excited that the material is this and light and not as thick as their other stuff sacks to save on weight.
