I think the product works just great. I have often suffered from neck pain, and although this product alone isn't enough to fix it, this product along with some Advil provides great relief. I work at a desk all day, and I have never had a problem with the adhesive falling off or giving me a rash, but if you do have problems with the adhesive, I would recommend you try the back wrap, as there is no adhesive, but a velcro wrap involved.

I love the convenience of heat wraps. But this particular type made for the neck doesn't stay on. The adhesive wears out quickly on it, and it comes off. I'll never buy this particular size, again. The knee wrap and hip wrap stay better on my neck, and covers more territory.

I wear these to bed at night when my muscles are tight. I often put one over each shoulder. They really help relax the muscles. They stay warm for at least 8 hrs. I always have some on hand.

I've tried various other air-activated heating pads and always come back to these. I'm not sure what some of the other reviewers were talking about when they said these don't stick or don't stay on. They always do for me. I've even taken off a pad and reapplied it in a different place and always had great success with it sticking well.

I love these because they stay warm for a full 8 hrs, and don't burn my skin. I've used cheaper heat wraps and they always lose warmth quickly but these always work well for me.

Tried the Generics and they are not as good. Excellent price and Delivery through Amazon.com

The wraps work wonderfully. I didn't have any problem with the adhesive sticking for hours. It stayed hot for the full eight hours. When you need to be active, and can't sit there with a heating pad on your neck all day, the wraps are a godsend. I wear them right under my clothes. I need to make sure that I always have them on hand.

I usually use a heated rice pack but when I cannot be near a microwave, these are very comforting for many hours. I will buy them again when I run out.

I have been using these for years, and sometimes they are truly the only thing that bring my neck muscles out of spasm. I had no idea I could buy them cheaper on Amazon. Win!

I love ThermaCare products. Ever since I discovered their menstrual heat pads, I've been a fan. There's nothing like having a portable and hide-able heating pad. I frequently wear the shoulder/neck pad at work. My only problem comes from the desire to have it more on the side of my neck and over my shoulder than across the back as pictured on the box. I might like something like the one for the lower back with the belt which could go under the arm. Once the pad is settled, however, it really does work to deliver heat and provide comfort. I've never had a problem with skin reactions from the sticky tabs- and they really do stick, even after multiple adjustments. I think these are great products and I was so upset to realize I'd run out of the neck ones- thank God I had the menstrual ones as well! LOVE Therma Care!!!

Sticks to your back, then sags, then falls off. Don't move while it's on or it will fall off. Don't re-adjust it or it will fall off. You'd have to lay on top of it to hold the heat to yourself. Just get a heating pad, heat patch or microwave rice bag instead of this pointless product.
