At first I was quite skeptical of this after trying the zeno, but now that I have it, it seems to work a lot better. Perhaps its the fact that the treatments are only 2 seconds, needless to say, it is much easier to treat more consistently. Generally, I've noticed that pimples heal slightly faster if treated early on. The difference may not be noticeable enough to justify $150 for some people, but there certainly is a slight difference. This isn't the miracle acne treatment and won't replace benzoyl peroxide for me, but it'll act as a good supplement. As for pain, the heat is nothing to complain about but I can see it bothering people with very sensitive skin. If you have mild acne, thermaclear might be worth a try.
