I ordered several boxes of these. The "heat" must be past the expiration date, as they did not provide heat when opened.

These did not heat up at all when opened (followed directions). Just did not work. Amazon was fantastic, as usual, though and gave me a refund for the defective product.

These are wonderful! I've used them for years now. I have severe Rheumatoid Arthritis in my hands/wrists especially my knuckles. This covers it all perfectly. It gives great relief and does actually stay hot for 12 hrs, if not more! They are easy to wear, comfortable, and can be taken on/off very quickly and switched to the other hand when needed. I highly recommend. I've never had them not work or get hot, the other reviewer definetly had a bad/old batch.
