Thermaltake TR2 80PLUS BRONZE Active PFC SLI-Ready 700 Watts Power Supply TR-700P (Black)

A very good power supply, beefy and always ready. My computer came with one of those built power supplies that was giving me hard time after upgrading with an ATI HD5770 Video Card and installed additional 4 GB RAM and another Hard Drive. It was shutting down in the middle of the work and says power issues. No more problems after installing this Power Supply. It works fine and smooth. can't even hear its fan running. it comes with all the connectore sI needed, plenty of them including the Molex ones for my VGA.
I can't tell if it is true 700 Watts, but yet it looks more than enough to my PC. I could find other less priced PSUs on the net, but thought ThermalTake is a very well known name in this field and I should not compromise the quality for a few less bucks
I am happy with it,,,So far

My computer's major components are an i7-870, Gigabye P55-USB3, XFX HD 6850, x2 2GB DDR3-1333MHz Crucual RAM and a WD Raptor.
There really isn't much for me to say about this PSU. I haven't had any power issues at all, and I'm fairly confident that there's enough left over for a few more devices, i.e. Blu-Ray burner, additional hard drives. The reason I was drawn to it was the fact that it came from a trusted brand, had a fairly high wattage rating, and was reasonably priced. In addition to its performance, I think this all sums up to a worthwhile buy for a system with moderate power demands.

This is a powerful PSU. With 750 watts it can easily supply my intel core 2 quad processor, my MSI GTX 660 Ti and my two hard drives. No peaks, no overvoltage nor undervoltage, it just doesn't fail never. The wires are shielded, which I like very much, and there are so many, I could assemble a very tough machine without even have to use an electric adaptor. Just awesome.

Thermaltake used to be one of the best.
My power supply came dead, I was looking for some other fault... in motherboard etc. Finally installed in other computer and concluded power supply DOA.
Most likely I'll avoid any other Thermaltake products.
