Stay away from Thermaltake if you want honest customer service, they suck!!!!!!!!!
Ayman M. Mheich
Which is good, because for serious systems, you need room for all the stuff and the space provides room for the air to flow to help keep things cool.
Steven Sugg
The hot-swap hard drive bays are superb and make installation super easy, for both 2.5" SSD's and 3.5" HDD's.

Introduction and Specification

Thermaltake claims the Level 10 GT is targeted for "High Performance Gaming" and "Super Airflow Chassis" applications, which would seem rather fitting. There are three mammoth 200mm fans in this case, as well as a 140mm rear exhaust fan and the option for a bottom 120mm intake fan. If you're looking for increased airflow, the Level 10 GT should offer up more than just a cool breeze. Two of those 200mm fans are also covered by removable, washable air filters, thankfully. More on this later. You'll also notice in the spec list above, that the case only weighs about 28lbs. With the handle on the top of this chassis, for a full tower, it's actually fairly easy to move around. Finally, if you thought the original Level 10 GT wasn't bold enough, as you can see, our Snow Edition model here pretty much jumps out at you. We call it the "Storm Trooper" around the lab. Contrasted in flat black and white, this chassis would easily blend into the set of the George Lucas classic.

Exterior Design, Materials and Worksmanship

The Level 10 GT Snow Edition is all about contrast, from its straight-up black and white color scheme to the carved compartments that mark each of the major component areas. And yeah, the original Level 10 and Level 10 GT black version chassis stood out a bit but, as you can see, the Level 10 GT Snow Edition is a major league head-turner.

The 5.25-inch drive bays are of a toolless design that allow you to snap optical drives into place with a locking mechanism. This is a quality design approach that makes the installation process that much easier and plenty robust. The Level 10 GT's 3.5-inch hard drive bays are a hot-swap style setup that allow you to release a drive sled with the push of a button.

For starters, this case is huge. It really makes a statement the second you look at it. Plenty of space for everything.

Installation was a breeze. The Power Supply fits easily in the bottom of the case without having to twist and turn like most cases. Installing the motherboard was a no problem with pre-installed standoffs and plenty of room to maneuver. Cable management keeps your cables out of site pretty much until they plug in. My oversize cooling fan looks like it belongs in such a mammoth case.

The hot swap bays are great, with screw settings for both full size hard drives and smaller SSD drives.

My system runs extra cool with all the fans and the multicolor switchable LEDs on the fans are a nice touch, and possibly the best feature is the headphone holder which finally gives my headphones a place to live.

I can see this case lasting through several builds down the road.

My previous build about 5 years ago was nothing compared to my current build using this case. This case is feature laden with little bells and whistles around every turn. The wire management grommet features are outstanding and make installing any kind of board or accessory a breeze. Dont spend top dollar on CPU, graphics cards, and motherboard only to skimp on the case. Don't make the same mistake I did 5 years ago. The quality of this case speaks for itself and you definitely get what you pay for. The hinged and removable front door, locking swappable side loading drive bays, removable fan filters, and tool less drive bays are just some of the awesome features. The large layout, sturdiness, carrying handle, and fan mounting possibilities are some other great things to point out as well. My one complaint is that there are 2 USB 3.0 ports on the top which are impossible to use With a pen drive if the case just fits tightly into a space. No problem though because I'm going to purchase a front panel that will add some ports to the front side of the case. I highly recommend this product and would buy a thermaltake case again for any other build in the future.

Pros: It has four large fans, capable of running at Low or High speeds, both of which are extremely quiet. The hot-swap hard drive bays are superb and make installation super easy, for both 2.5" SSD's and 3.5" HDD's. The hot-swap bays do lock to prevent accidental opening. Both sides can be opened, one by unlocking it with the keys and pressing a button on the bottom, and the door will swing open. The other side is a removable plate for cable management purposes, and must be removed for managing hard drive wiring. The standoffs come preinstalled for ATX motherboards which is great and convenient. Optical drives are very easy to install, and come with an automatic locking system as well as an option for screwing it in. There are two removable filters to help with removing any dust. The case's fans keep the inside very, very cool. Also, if you're up to it, the case is water-cool ready.

Cons: The removable plate on the side can be very, very difficult to remove. The case is roughly 30 pounds. My case had a problem with the front fan, and when the fans were on the High setting, it would pull the filter close to the fan and repeatedly hit the fan. This was easily fixed by removing the front faceplate and bending some metal over the filter to stop it from being pulled in. Upon searching online to see if anyone else had dealt with this, I found nothing, so it must not be a common issue.

Other Thoughts: This is a great case. Definitely happy with this purchase and I'm sure I'm going to get a lot of life out of this thing. Besides the fan issue, I've had no other problems with the case.
