Not as big as the picture shows,

This review is from: Thermaltake Volcano 10 - Processor cooler - ( Socket A ) - 60 mm (Personal Computers)
I hesitated to buy this CPU cooler because the picture makes it look fairly tall, when in fact it is only about 2" tall.
I bought this because the fan in my wife's computer started making noise. When I opened it up to install this, I discovered it was the fan in her power supply that was making the noise. I did not install this CPU cooler, so I cannot comment on its installation or noise level. The box says it fits the AMD Athlon XP up to 3400+, and is rated for 50,000 hours.

I bought this item and just loved it. I noticed a 20 degrees drop in my processors temperature with it in. A PLUS from me. Buy this unit.
