Highly recommended to any PC Gamer out there!

I did not use the mouse for 6 months out of the year (away from home for work) so its safe to assume you can get about 6 months of daily use out of it.

I do not ever review on an item, but I feel an urge to raise awareness for future buyers. I bought this mouse for roughly 3 months now. At first, it was fine for a couple of hours then it started do the crazies. If you lifted the mouse, it will stop response for a good 5-15 seconds. Even worse than that, it will stop responding once in a while when you are playing games. I didn't do a RMA because I thought it was some sort of timing out mechanism to save battery. But lately, the mouse has start to stop responding very often. Maybe 5 times in just 5 minutes. Horrible!

i loved this mouse for a couple of hours then it showed its true colours it randomly stops responding for 2-10 seconds
and if you lift it from the mousepad to adjust your position it takes 5-15 seconds to start working again

Quick background : I bought this mouse exactly one year ago to the day, from Amazon, for about $30 ($45 with a $15 rebate, iirc.) It started acting funky about a week ago and the right mouse button gave out yesterday. I did not use the mouse for 6 months out of the year (away from home for work) so its safe to assume you can get about 6 months of daily use out of it. It was used for gaming (primarily MOBAs and FPS, lots of fast and sometimes frantic clicking) so if you used it more gently you could probably get more life out of it.

THAT BEING SAID..

Pros :

* Weight - This could be either a pro or a con, but the mouse is VERY light. Even with all the weights in, its still lighter than any gaming mouse I've ever owned or used.

* Lighting - This one is also fairly subjective, but it has a pretty cool design with red lighting which makes it look pretty awesome.

* Cord - The cord is both sufficiently long (6ft) and high quality. It's probably the best cord on any peripheral device I've ever owned, actually. I no longer have cats, but the nylon wrapping around it seems like something I'd love to chew on if I were a cat. Just a heads up.

* DPI - Adjustable DPI doesn't seem like that big of a deal, but if you have a game where it somehow adjusts your sensitivity every time you launch, it saves you 2-3 minutes each time. CLUTCH.

* Middle mouse button - Might be getting borderline-OCD here, but I expect any gaming mouse above $20 to have a middle mouse button that doesn't feel like it was previously employed as a wheel on a Hot Wheels car. Thermaltake delivers in this department. High five, Thermaltake.

Bought two of these mouses for my dual PC setup. Both mouses are having to be returned (RMA'd). Great mouse when working but having both go out in such a short amount of time is crazy. I have never even had a mouse or keyboard go back until now. So much for not sticking to Logitech.

This mouse is the biggest mouse I've ever used. My hand doesn't fit comfortably over it and it doesn't feel as accurate as my G500. I do like the DPI buttons on the front, and the weight adjustment, but I still can't use it because of the size.

I was very happy with this mouse up until the right side clicker broke. Only lasted for about 4 months before this happened. I guess Diablo 3 was its downfall. Other than that it had a comfortable grip. Might be a bit bulky for smaller hand though.

This nice is just nice just coming out of the box, includes the manuals,a nice box presentation and cool TK stickers. To setup the mice you need to download the software from the website and set it up, real simple thing. The DPI's on this baby go up to 4000, but at just 2000 you will get crazy with it!

I've had it for a few years with fairly light use - maybe 10+ hours a week. From day one the left-click button was squeaky. I never realized how much I click until I started to be annoyed by the sound of it. Eventually, it went away. I guess I wore away the rubbing plastic parts. Anywhere my had touches is discolored, and I don't eat while I'm using my PC, so it's not Cheeto dust. The unresponsiveness of the unit is, after reading some reviews here, apparently caused by firmware. Maybe I'll try to upgrade it, but it's seriously annoying. I can't say that it hasn't been doing this the whole time, but I've only noticed it lately and it's rather frustrating, even when just browsing. I thought it was just broken, and even if it's not, it's acting like it is and I think it's time to move on. I have a TT keyboard that I'm loving though. And I'm sure there are other mice they make out there that are fine, but this one just was disappointing.
