fun for all ages,

The author does a superb job of making thermodynamics, a subject that often strikes fear into the heart of sophomores and juniors, entertaining and fun. The text weaves science and history together into a beautiful story that can be understood by school kids and college students alike. My junior level PChem students loved the book!
A great book for getting an understanding of energy and its transformation, in an age where the subject of energy and fuel is becoming quite important. |
