This thermos is great for packing a warm lunch for my son (4yrs old). The size is just right for little kids and it keeps the food somewhat warm until lunch time. I've used this for soup many times and it has never leaked.
It's definitely a reliable product.

This is a very good product. I bought 3 of them for my 3 kids because they wanted a hot lunch. My kids say their food is still hot when they eat it for lunch. Easy clean up. Glad I found this wonderful item!!

My son has been taking his great new Thermos Foogo to school every day since it has arrived at our house and it works like a charm! He is on a very restricted diet (intolerant to most sugar, grain, dairy, and soy products) which eliminates sandwiches and many other things that he would prefer to bring to school for lunch than what I send him. Once this arrived, he has been taking hot meatballs & sauce, barbeque pork, soup, cut up turkey burgers w/pizza sauce, taco filling (w/o shell)and any leftovers that travel well. He loves it! I use this for my daughter to take soup to school. She hasn't had any problems with it and I like that it comes back home without having leaked in her lunch bag. Works great and the size is not too big - just right.

Very easy to use. Just fill with very hot (boiling) water for 5 - 10 minutes and then pop your hot soup, stew, whatever into the Foogo. It's still hot (not warm)after 4 - 5 hours. Love it.

Do not put boiling water in this.
My daughter put boiling water in this, leaving a reasonable amount of space (i.e. not up to the top)and put the lid on securely.. walked from the kitchen a few paces, the metal sides sucked in and the top blew off. She has suffered a dreadful burn to the inside of her forearm, it has been dressed for 2 weeks now, had a tetanus injection (recommended by GP) and has been in absolute agony. Luckily she had just put her 12 month old to bed and wasn't carrying him at the time. She will be contacting Consumer Affairs & Thermos (in Australia) about this. This is a DANGEROUS product for boiling water. There is no warning accompanying this product advising not to put boiling water in it. Please be warned.

Well, I have to begin by saying that my son has yet to actually use this for school, since I just received it today. I did however, give it a good trial run, and it works fantastic!! I used a Kuerig to fill it up with hot water and let it sit for ten minutes like the directions say, then microwaved some soup to put in there. I left it for 7 hours, every hour flipping it upside down, on its side, and so forth. I even stuck it in the fridge for an hour too. Seven hours later, when I opened it, it was still warm, not hot, but warm enough to enjoy. The one thing I was curious about was if I were to put a cold pack in my sons lunch to keep other items such as fruit and yogurt cold, would it compromise the temperature of the food in the thermos. That's why I tested it in the fridge. Great product, will work out great for lunches!!!

My son's pre-school does not provide lunch, so in order for him to have hot lunches some days I purchased the Foogo thermos and it's great! It's just the right size for a toddler and keeps food warm for several hours. I would definitely recommend this product to other customers.

What a great food jar. We tried the crocodile creek jar last year and the base broke within a 3 days. This is far more sturdier in its construction. It has already been dropped onto our tile floor and survived with flying colors. My only gripe is that it is smaller than the crocodile creek jar. But I will take smaller and more durable any day. My son also says that after 4 hours, his food is still nice and hot. Very happy with this purchase!

It is good quality product, but seems like there is a smell that I can't get rid of, my daughter complain about that every time that she uses it, I have try soaking it over night, different types of soap, it doesn't smell when it clean and dry, it smells when you open it containing food, it is like very strong metal smell.
