Painful relief,

The Thermoskin Heel Rite Daytime appears to be well designed....with one major flaw. The most sensitive area, the heel, is where the pieces and parts are sewn together and that creates some major bumps which end up causing pain after wearing and walking for several minutes. Needs a redesign to alleviate the bundling under the heel.

Agree Design is Close,

I agree that the product is almost a great one. My complaint is the metal rings... which dig into me. I would suggest just using a loop of cloth instead (I'm considering getting out the sewing machine).
