I only just got these gloves and have worn them briefly but they do heat up after wearing for awhile because they are neoprene which doesn't breathe. They are a little stiff making it hard to do things with my hands but the tightness feels good on my arthritic fingers. I like that they go all the way past my first knuckle that is painful sometimes too.

I bought these for my mother. She said that when she first put them on they felt too tight, but in wearing them she found that they brought her true relief. I would recommend this product.

I searched online for products for arthritic hands and fingers and found this brand, called Thermoskin by Swedeo. I bought them in black and beige, so I could have the beige (not so noticeable) for work and the black I wear home driving and during the evening. Sometimes I wear them to bed if my hands are unusally swollen and soreness and the swelling are usually gone or somewhat gone by morning.

I felt relief immediately because they compress the hurtful joints in my hands and fingers like when I would hold them. Somehow this material brings warmth and blood flow thru the compression and they are airy so as not to build up sweat.

I have already recommended to several people here at work when they ask about them. Gave them the brochure to give to friends and relatives.

All in all they are a wonder!

I got this for my wife for Xmas two years ago. She never uses it. Too bulky, uncomfortable and hot.

The composition of this item is good for it's intended purpose but can give off a slight odor.
