There are positives and negatives for this product. The adjustable size made it more helpful for someone like me who has naturally broad shoulders. The neoprene kept my shoulder warmer (a plus for me) but could chafe, so a product like a BodyGlide Anti-Chafing Stick 2.5oz, which I use kept me from chafing as long as I wasn't so active as to sweat it off. The arm strap may take some getting used to, but you have it figured out in a few attempts as you figure out how tight/loose you want it. It does take some time to hang dry, so washing it is something you might want to do before bed or your shower in the evening. If does inhibit your range of motion, but it is supposed to. I'd recommend it to anyone with rotator cuff problems that they are rehabbing. It also comes in a beige color for those who would prefer that.
