5.0 out of 5 stars Works great on Girl Scout patches! November 13, 2012
Amazon Verified Purchase
I was looking for something that would help my daughter's iron-on Girl Scout patches stay put on her uniform. Another troop mom recommended this to me and it has definitely worked! I had to tweak how I use it - couldn't follow the instructions exactly because of the nature of the items I was bonding - but so far it's worked like a charm! No patches have fallen off, even after marching in a parade!

5.0 out of 5 stars Works like magic October 11, 2012

I love this stuff. I use Theromweb Heat'n Bond on anything that I want to put an applique on. It works amazingly well. The product is much thicker than the wonderunder brand. It has a plastic like feel to it, causing the applique to be more rigid than with the regular webbing. This feature makes this product something that no seamstress or crafter could do without.

4.0 out of 5 stars excellent if you're also going to stitch November 30, 2012
Amazon Verified Purchase
i bought this to make letters. the iron on adhesive sticks to some fabrics better than others and it also depends on how long you press the iron on it. i sometimes do see that it can peel off in some places like corners. i dont know if i would apply something to a shirt JUST with this--1) i dont know how it holds up after washing 2) i always stitch what im ironing on additionally. therefore, if you're planning on also stitching your applique on this is perfect. it gives the fabric some sturdiness. easy to cut and use

5.0 out of 5 stars It works!
The stuff works just fine. I used it to put a patch on an outdoor vest (instead of sewing). I haven't sent it through the laundry yet, but the patch is holding fine so far. Read more

5.0 out of 5 stars Really good item but only if you don't want to sew around edges
This is super-quality stuff but it is fairly firm on the fabric when applied. I would recommend this more for items that aren't going to get a lot of rough use or lots of washing,... Read more

4.0 out of 5 stars Super tough
Read the print - if you are going to be sewing the edges you don't need something this strong! I didn't but oh well. Read more

5.0 out of 5 stars Better than buying patches!
If you have clothing that needs repair, you can get fabric that matches. The thing I really like is that you apply it to the patch fabric, then cut. Read more
