I bought this to make hemming easier for me (I'm short so most of my pants and dresses need to be hemmed).

I first tried this on a piece of scrap fabric to figure out how it works because I was a bit confused by the instructions on the back. After figuring out how it work I used it on my yoga pants and some maternity dresses.

It takes a few minutes for it to cook off. If you tried to mess with it or see if it stick, you would peel it apart. It stuck pretty well until I washed my clothing. After washing and putting it in the dryer some of it actually separated. Kind of disappointing. After about maybe 3 washing and drying it all separated which was kind of annoying. So I stashed it away and stuck to hand sewing to hem my stuff.

I decided to give it a second chance cause I didn't know how to sew satin. I actually peeled off the backing BEFORE ironing first. This way is actually a lot easier because you would iron once instead of twice. Also, I noticed that doing it this way actually made it stick better.

Overall for $3 it's a good buy, but I wouldn't put the garments or whatever this is used on in the dryer.

We used this to make no-sew curtains, and it worked perfectly. The only hitch was the time needed on the second ironing, which required more time. This may or may not have been related to the thickness of the fabric we worked with, as we have no other basis for comparison. We have not tested the bond in the washing machine yet, but there doesn't seem to be any indication that it wouldn't hold.

I used this product to hem curtains and it works great! Fast, easy and bonds well. I liked it better than the fusible web kind.

I used this once and found it complicated. The slacks wouldn't stay put so I had to go over it again which caused a sticky mess. I did not find this easy to use and its currently sitting in a box in my closet.

No more hemming at tailor for 8/10 dollars a pop. easy to use, works great. Holds up in washing machine, too! All you need is an iron and a scissor. No more stepping on frayed cuffs.

I bought this to repair some loose edging on throw rugs that we had dry cleaned (it was originally glued with some
sort of contact adhesive.) It was pretty easy to stick it to the rug backing, only a few seconds of rubbing with extra
pressure at the edge set it up properly.
After removing the paper backing you then place the cloth edge over it and iron. This was the more difficult part because
the edging was pretty thick and required multiple passes to get it all completely stuck. I ended up overheating some areas
of the edging ( it turned a bit tan ) but since it faces the floor it doesn't matter in my case. Saved $56 ( $28 per rug )
which is what the dry cleaner wanted to reattach it.
I would recommend this for rug repair and possibly drapes, anything that won't get washed /cleaned very often. I would
also recommend working in a well ventilated area since the overheated adhesive ( and you will overheat at least a few
areas ) is a bit smelly.

I read a bunch of reviews before buying this product. Who knows maybe I followed the simple directions wrong? The tape will hold maybe one wash, two tops. The problem at that ponit is you have some left over tape in places and getting that off is hard. Overall, I would say if you need a quick fix and don't really care about the long term this is the right one for you.

There isn't much to say in this review. Used it as directed and the bond never would hold very long. Guess it may work well enough for some people but it just didn't meet my needs, so I can't recommend this.
