For a debut album this is an incredibly outgoing piece of work. Most dudes want to try and make a huge splash and out a bunch of bangers and songs with no lyrics, but g-eazy did the oppositite. With the exception of "Lotta that" this album is mostly filled with bassy undertones and chill ambiant vibes which really ties into the whole cool greaser look. I think g-eazy is really coming up and will be a household name within 5 years. Also, I really respect him for putting this out without the help of a label. I'm glad he cares more abiut the quality of music rather than the number of records sold. Even if he does sign with a label eventually I hope he maintains creative control because he's got a gift for lyricism as well as producing some of his own music. He's a great artist to support and I would tell anyone to buy 2 copies of this, one for them and give one to a friend, they'll thank you later.

G-Eazy has manages to outdo himself! Everything that G-Eazy touches turns to gold! This album is amazing. Been on repeat sense it was released! I just can't get enough.

Rap is getting pretty boring these days. Repetitive beats, lots of n-words, and lots or needless vulgar jibberish dominate. That's the current formula. Lost in all of that is G-Eazy. The flow and pace of the verses are unique and there doesn't appear to be anything fake about the message.

He has a huge hill to climb to gain relevance in the hip-hop community (and everyone knows why), but in the meantime let's enjoy a album like this.

I would say Far Alone is my favorite song as a person from the Bay Area who has really walked far alone. The album touches a lot of topics but most of all I like the production. Thumbs up

G-Eazy doesn't let down once. Always out there to prove he is one of the greatest. This album proves that.
