It's all good!,

I bought this album on impulse, and it turned out to be one of the best things I've done this year. It became a huge favorite in my house from the first hearing. Ranging from Robin and Linda Williams' sweet homage to the change of seasons in "October Light" to the Roche's sarcastic and amusing "Who Cares" to Peter Ostroushko's heartbreakingly poignant "Hymn Page 9/11" this is an album that bears much replaying and listening. Cannot recommend it highly enough!

I bought this CD while searching for some Wailin Jenny's and it is one of my absolute favorites. Every song has a wonderful sweet folksy feel. All the artists are different but the CD is beautifully tied together.

I happened upon this cd as I was browsing the amazon music site. I was looking for compilations of music to put into my 25 cd mix to play on random.Whenever one of the songs from "These Times We're Living In" plays,I think, "I like this. Who is that?". All the songs are a delightful surprise.

Great collection of music that represents our current age. I think I have enjoyed every song in thealbum and the different artists. I would recommend it to any one that enjoys collections of modern artists.

I think I heard one of the tracts on Pandora a year or so ago. After a little googling, I figured out the song was on this mixed album (I forget the tract that led me there). I love it. Put it in the player and forget it. Or, if you're the type, analyze each song. Neither will be disappointed.

What a great selection, and SO well recorded. This disc has introduced me to nearly a half-dozen new favorite artists. You can't go wrong if you like well recorded and well written acoustic music.

This is a fantastic addition to your CD collection. Great artists perform an eclectic array of songs and styles. Highly recommend this CD. Eliza Gilkyson is really good on this, as are The Wailin' Jennys. And how can you go wrong with Lucy Kaplansky? What are you waiting for? Put this one in the shopping cart!!!
