I've become a Halie Loren fan in the space of a single week. I've been listening to this release and "After Dark" nigh unto continuously. Loren's soulful command of her material reminds me of Diana Krall at a similar stage in her career. When a rising star like Halie comes along the world will -- sooner or later (and I predict sooner) -- rise and give her talent a rousing ovation. I can't wait to see her in concert. This is one terrific young woman!
