This review is from: They Were Divided (Transylvanian Trilogy) (Paperback)
This is the third part of Banffy's Hungarian trilogy. All three books are just excellent and eminently readable. There are no boring parts. The book is, sort of, the Hungarian Gone With the Wind, covering the years before World War Two. It will be of interest to anyone who likes classic European literature and has any interest in Eastern Europe. For more details read reviews for the first part of the trilogy, "They Were Counted."
