A Fascinating Look At Mysterious Personalities Of History,
By A Customer
This review is from: They Had Strange Powers (Hardcover)
This 145-page book is a fascinating look at many of the mysterious personalities of history who are reputed to have supernatural powers. Includes looks at Crowley, Gurdjieff, Paracelsus, and others. An excellent book for obtaining reliable and often hard-to-find information about these interesting people. The most conspicuous defect is the author's readiness to believe too much without enough evidence and to create the occasional mystery where none is really necesary. A highly entertaining and informative book.
