I own copies of both the Broadway and London recordings and while both are likable, I like the OLC better. The voice quality of the performers are great, and this version includes a good overture. The voices of the leads simply grow on you. The beat of most songs are catchy and cheerful. A wonderful addition to any music collection! :)

not the best musical produced however , needed cd for song that I am singing namely, "fallin'".

as soon as i got my birthday money last year, guess what musical play i watched and i was glad i did? THEY'RE PLAYING OUR SONG is simply my kind of musical play. when i saw it, i was really hooked. i can't believe that my model, lea salonga, could portray the role quite well. of course, as the original kim in miss saigon, who was i to doubt? so what else to do but emote its songs over and over again. i really love the beat in the OVERTURE and the ballad FALLIN. but my personal favorite is I STILL BELIEVE IN LOVE. i absolutely cried over that one <sniff> coz there's so much emotion going on. the music is simply superb and lovely. the tune, the harmony...everything was really simply beautiful...love it so much!!! is my enthusiasm too obvious? Ü
