I love this kicked in the head CD. This group is not only phenomemnal live but I listen to their CD's each and every day.The lyrics are powerful and each band member brings so much to this group, they are inspiring. Esp to young bands out there who want to work hard and make it big. They are going to be big so I advise you get this CD now and if you can head to a concert soon before its too late and you miss out. The lead singer Gary Hedrick's voice is unstoppable!!!

If you know KITH then you realize that with this CD they have changed their genre completely. The first CD, World Domination (97), is much more upbeat ska, with a few hard rocking tracks. The original Thick as Thieves was very similar to World Domination. Now with their new record label they have baisically lost their horn section and become a hardcore band. Even Fix My Sink was made into a hard song (!?). But if you like an intenser Jane's Addiction with a Rancid edge by all means buy this CD.

This album kicks you in the head this is amazing. It reminds me of bands like billy talent and millencolin. good punk music not like the mainstream punk C**P it absoloutly rocks.

After Millencolin. These guys are awesome. I own this album, as well as an older one. This band trully knows how to play punk rock, unlike the mainstream punk bands which are spreading around the music scene like a cancer. The CD is awesome, and i strongly suggest getting their early work too. It's nothing like this CD, it's mostly ska, but it's great none the less. MUST BUY if you like punk, real punk not the mainstream horse excrement.

This CD is a must have for any hard rock fan. Kicked in the Headare an amazing group of musicians and are an incredible live act. If you want a heavy dose of in-your-face music, Kicked in the Head's "thick as Theives" should be your next CD!! |
