This movie is for the thugs it takes you into the life of bangers. You can see how it goes down in the hood ,but it brings you into a twist because you never know who you might be related to. The kill your killing might be your brother and that's what the movies about two brothers in rivil gangs putting aside thier difference and working together to start their own record company ,but their past makes it difficult. This movie is worth buying. There apperences by Ice Cube ,Big Bun ,MC Ehit ,B-Real ,Krayie and Lazyie Bone ,and CJ Mac.

This movie is not a low budget type movie like "I'm Bout It", well they may have had a low budget, but it's a full lenght feature movie, with very good picture quality, (not blurry like some movies whack rappers make). Cuz this is a movie by MACK 10, so i thought, hhmmm another rapper trying to make a movie, but this movie blew me away! To me, this is right up there with "Menace 2 Society". And they don't hold back on the fight scenes, especially the opening scene with the 2 girls fighting...DAMN. The plot of the movie revolves around Mack 10 & Fat Joe. Those 2 are both gang bangers, in rival gangs, but through strange happenings, they become friends. Anyone who likes gangsta rap, or action movies, this movie is definately for you!

TWO GANG BANGERS [MACK 10 & FAT JOE] ARE IN RIVAL GANGS. BUT, THEY SOON BECOME BEST FRIENDS. DEFINITELY BETTER THAN MOST OF THE OTHER RECENTLY RELEASED GANGSTA MOVIES. FEATURES A LOT OF RAPPERS, SUCH AS; ICE CUBE, MC EIHT, B-REAL, CJ MAC, BAD AZZ, K MAC FROM THE COMRADZ, AND MANY MORE. IT HAS SOME PRETTY GOOD ACTION SCENES. IT WAS AN ALRIGHT MOVIE, DESPITE THE FACT THAT A LOT OF THESE RAPPERS CAN'T ACT. A PRETTY WORTHY ATTEMPT.

This is NOT the same as Jack Johnson's epic surf movie.. Thicker than water. This is some hip-hop nonsense. Do not buy if you are looking for the surf movie.

this movie is not bad at all it is good funny and dramatic i think its better than menace to socioty its not that voilent it focoses more on the story which i like although they could of swaped mack 10's role for ice cube's because ice cube is only in it for 10 minutes

This is my all time favorite movie. It has so many surprises. The things that happen are just too funny and at times too sad. I can't explain just how much I recommend this movie. It keeps your eyes glued to the screen. There is profanity but it is needed to set the scene. It is captivating.Watch it an you will agree.

I Fell in love with this movie after seeing it on HBO. I then bought it. The dvd looks and sounds terrible. The Pan and Scan (no wide-screen) seems to have only cropped the sides and kept the center leaving conversations where you only see one person. The colors are washed out and look worse than a good VHS. The 5.1 plan is mix everything loud in every speaker all the time. I didn't expect a Fight Club, just a clean version of the movie the way it was intended to be viewed.

Look I am a big Ice Cube fan and have been for a long time, so any movie he play in or write produce or directI am on it. I loved the movie.

I got 2 for the price of 1 and a great buy and deal... love the movie . WEST SIDE!!!

My son loves this movie. Glad to find it on Amazon. Great price.
