The book is designed to be easy to read with useful, "just-in-time" information. For those who are actually participating in a 360, the book offers concrete suggestions about choosing raters and making the most of the information you receive. We hope that you will finish the book with several good ideas on how to use your 360 results.
In keeping with our philosophy of Thin Books, we have also included three optional sections in the back of the book that contain information that might be useful at some point, but not necessarily when you begin the 360 process. The sections contain information about the broader uses of 360s, how a 360 is designed and administered, along with a sample report. Sections A and B answer many of the question that managers have asked us. Sue Annis Hammond, Series Editor

This review is from: The Thin Book of 360 Feedback : A Manager's Guide (Paperback)
Michelle LeDuff Collins has written a very helpful guide on 360 feedback. This book starts with a great overview of the 360 process, followed by how to choose your raters, and then how to interpret your results. The final chapter pulls it all together by helping you to understand how to translate your results, what you have learned, into action planning. Ms. Collins also introduces Stephen, a hypothetical manager, to give the 360 Feedback process some real-world application. I highly recommend this easy to read, practical guide to any business professional responsible for delivering 360 feedback as well as to those starting the 360 process.
