I decided to give these pills a try, and found that they made me jittery and kind of nauseous. I just don't think I could handle the amount of caffeine in them. I tried to take them despite that for a couples day, and it didn't really make any difference.

This is nothing but a placebo. The main ingredient is gelatin (the capsule shell) and it is filled with inactive ingredients, such as sand (silicon dioxide), magnesium stearate (common inert diluting agent), and dyes (camine - red, titanium dioxide - white). This is an absolute rip-off!!

I love Jillian Michaels and credit her workouts with a lot of my weightloss goals. I thought that her "weightloss kit" would be an additional boost to loosing these last 15 lbs. Not only did I eat more after I started taking the pills, but they disrupted my sleep at night so bad that I was taking naps as soon as I got home from work. Which really caused a problem with my exercise routine. I have a 6lbs. weight gain thanks to these "diet" pills. After 2 weeks, I stopped taking them and my appetite returned to normal, as did my sleeping pattern. I was able to continue with my usual exercise routine and lost the 6 lbs. I put on. Sorry Jillian... You really missed the mark with this product.
