Excellent, simple, practical and extremely valuable. The authors have described the "must know" of selling a business in a very practical form. The 11 things are in the category of "I should have known it" but many times (if not always) scape the attention of the business owner. I consider it an essential book if you are planning to sell your business now or in the next five years.

I have bought many copies of this book for my clients who need practical, straight-forward insight before selling their business. The book offers a simple, clear step by step approach to understanding the process. Carlos and I didn't realize until after we were listed on Amazon how SHORT 31 pages of content looks compared to other books. In truth, we struggled for a long time rewriting the book to be shorter. We work with business owners, and understand that they typically don't want to wade through a lot of fluff to get to the point. I'm glad to see that some of our readers realize that you can say a lot if you pick your words carefully.
