Review

50 Things to know was a really nice read and is filled with tips on how to commit to working out and stay motivated when you're feeling a bit demotivated. This really helped me to think about how I can be more consistent with my exercise regime.
-Mary
This book had some ideas I hadn't thought of to 'trick' myself into exercising and offered up words of encouragement. Other suggestions were reminders of previous good habits turned bad. Guess I have no reason not to stick to my plans of getting fit now.

I enjoyed the reading while in the bus to a fitness shop where I went to get new running shoes, it was a fast (read very fast) read but it helped me boost my spirits. I got off 2 stations and walked to the shopping center because, as the author says, every bit counts. I know it does but it's easily forgotten.
It doesn't come with new things but I didn't expect that either, we get the good old advices and for some it might work.

It is a little poorly formatted and gives you the impression the author rushed through it but that's OK, I guess, for a free book.

I've spotted a little correction that needs to be done on tip no. 18, last paragraph "working out with friend can also can help".
Also on 49, "After you get the boy you want you can't stop..." I'm assuming it's "body".

Great book to get you motivated and understand why you may be losing motivation. Great for that person who wants to start getting healthy, or just for you when you need motivation while having an established workout routine.
