50 Things to know was a really nice read and is filled with tips on how to commit to working out and stay motivated when you're feeling a bit demotivated. This really helped me to think about how I can be more consistent with my exercise regime.
This book had some ideas I hadn't thought of to 'trick' myself into exercising and offered up words of encouragement. Other suggestions were reminders of previous good habits turned bad. Guess I have no reason not to stick to my plans of getting fit now.
