For those who have done an in- depth Beth Moore Bible Study, this book is a compilation of her wonderful poems from her journal writings. Beth has a unique way of writing that reveals her tender heart toward the Lord and causes you to evaluate your own relationship with the Living Lord Jesus Christ. THINGS PONDERED FROM THE HEART OF A LESSER WOMAN would make a great gift for anyone who has sought the heart of God through a Beth Moore Study.

Taking one from laughter to tears, both from sadness and happiness, this book touches the heart and spirit by relating how God's grace touches our lives as women. Whether you are single, married, a mother or not, you will be touched by the openness and honesty of Beth Moore as she relates how God has worked in her life and how He can work in yours!

With all of the self-help books and motivational seminars, it's easy to feel inadequate in this life. It's almost as if, when you're facing illness or sadness or failure, YOU are to blame, because someone out there has a solution you should have seized. The reality of it is, we are not in control, despite what our egos think! And sometimes, we will face these struggles...inevitably! The key is to be anchored to Someone greater than yourself! I found Beth Moore's book refreshing and so funny. She is candid about what we face in life...the disappointments, the trials, the joy, the wonder of it all. And she makes no apologies for relying on Jesus Christ as her only sustanance. I would recommend this book especially to moms, adoptive parents, brides-to-be, and grandmothers needing a good laugh! A quick and thoroughly enjoyable read...
