Format: Kindle Edition
Finally a book that makes sense when it comes to losing weight! Oh wait, I mean fat. I have been on countless diets and never cared where the weight was coming from as long as my clothes fit again, but this book has taught me I was losing the wrong weight--my muscle--which I learned happens to be what helps me burn fat--and that I was just becoming a smaller fat person on all those diets. Ouch. I love that this book does not promote dieting or calorie counting and that it doesn't just tell you what to do, but tells you how and why to do it. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is looking to lose fat. It has changed my life and I will be telling everyone who will listen that they have to read this book.
