5.0 out of 5 stars The world is a mess .. you knew that.. but can you see some principles behind it?, June 15, 2006
In the most complete book ever written about the principles of systems and their failures , "Systemantics- How systems work and especially how they fail", Prof. Gall pays tributes to dr. Peter in chapter 1 - Historical develpment

"Third in the brilliant trio of founders is Doctor laurence J. Peter, whose principle of Incomptence comes close to being the Central Theorem of Administrative Systemantics"

This book follows Dr. Peter's principle in series of anecdotes and stories to historically support it. Aswith all of dr. peter's book this one will bring laughing tears.. have fun

Excellent update of the ideas first expressed in the Peter Principle.Time didn't correct the problems, but it did give Dr. Peter more ammo for his insightful wit.
