This girl has attitude, passion, softness, soul, well-written lyrics and she can rock....although she sounds like herself, if you like PJ Harvey you might also like Carina.

Ever since I heard The Disconnection I knew I was listening to an artist that should be the next big thing. Amazing voice and lyrics, this album has the intensity of First Blood Mystery and The Disconnection with the "quietness" of Slow Motion Addict she is definitely an artist to watch and the best thing to come out of England since PJ Harvey. These songs are all awesome I just wish there were more, if this had been a full length release it would be 5 stars easily.

This is the first review I've ever done! I just wanted fans of Carina's to know that this really is great - it's not the exact same tone as the Disconnection, but the power and "differentness" are back that were missing from Slow Motion Addict.
