Some more great "ah ha!" moments from Abraham/Esther Hicks. A lot of wisdom in these CD's and not just for those wanting to shed some weight. I have been getting results very quickly, and have changed little in my diet/excercise plan, except my attitude. Before I listened to the CD's , I was struggling to lose the extra pounds I wanted to. I have now been able to do this easily - as I no longer struggle. I highly recommend "Think and Get Slim". It works for me.

If you're an Abraham fan and are feeling a bit, shall we say...less than svelte these days, you must get this CD set!
Each CD has about 6 different chapters of varying lengths (10-20 minutes). Each chapter is a question from a different person who attended the seminars, asking Abraham about their issues with weight in various forms. Kind of an "Abraham's Greatest Weight Loss Hints and Hits" if you will. Abraham's answer is never the same and he/she gives several different ideas on how to take inspired action (or in a couple of cases in-action) for feeling/being more slender. Very motivating. I even recognized a woman's question from an Abraham seminar I went to in LA last year and it was fun re-living the seminar experience again just by listening to that segment! Highly recommended.

I thought others must be asking the same questions about weight loss as I was regarding the Law of Attraction. Nobody does Law of Attraction better than Esther Hicks and Abraham. I've already lost a belt notch and feel so much better about my body image. I'm so glad these CD's where put out, and I look forward to a book like "Money and the Law of Attraction" to be put out by the Hicks on the subject of weight loss.
