This book has recipes which are usually cooked and served in one dish. Another reviewer said that two pots were needed; well, yes, in some recipes one must use another dish, as when reserving meat while preparing sauce, etc.

There is a chapter on slow-cooker meals, one on vegetarian meals, and a wide variety of main dish entrees, including salads...

What made me purchase this book is the title and back page description. I honestly thought it was a book on how to make delicious and nutritious ONE POT meals. Instead I found that the recipies required at least two pots and to me, that is false advertising. Perhaps this book is something you would like, but if you only want to have to use one pot, I'd look for...

What made me purchase this book is the title and back page description. I honestly thought it was a book on how to make delicious and nutritious ONE POT meals. Instead I found that the recipies required at least two pots and to me, that is false advertising. Perhaps this book is something you would like, but if you only want to have to use one pot, I'd look for something else.

This book has recipes which are usually cooked and served in one dish. Another reviewer said that two pots were needed; well, yes, in some recipes one must use another dish, as when reserving meat while preparing sauce, etc.

There is a chapter on slow-cooker meals, one on vegetarian meals, and a wide variety of main dish entrees, including salads.

I've had this book for years and it has survived multiple cookbook-reduction campaigns on my bookshelf because the recipes are varied and easy to understand and prepare.
