Just a really good for you recipe collection. Lots of interesting ideas about food that keeps your brain healthy. It is a fabulous book to add to a healthy recipe collection. I make something from this cookbook every week. I love the homemade granola recipe...it is worth making. The artichoke recipe is yummy, too and so are the smoothies...

The pictures are good quality, the recipes are interesting, and the side-bar information about why it's beneficial is interesting and informative. I would like to have the nutrition information for each dish, because not all of the dishes will fit into various eating plans, such as Weight Watchers. I have to try to contact each contributor to get the information, or not use the recipe.

Bought the book for Kindle, but my enthusiasm was gone as soon as I saw the font size could not be enlarged.
Normal Kindle functionality does not apply to this photocopied version of the text.
The Kindle version is not practical - and my eyesight is not that bad.

Just not for me. I am interested in this topic yet I did not care for the receipts or thought they where a little labor intensive. (I guess I didn't want to have to "think" that much about making dinner) Simply not for me and I have spoken with my Doctor and discovered other food's that work just as well.
