Product Description

Have You Seen My Stapler? People sometimes form very strong bonds to inanimate objects. This is especially the case when you come into daily contact with, say, a red Swingline stapler. The ultimate utilitarian desktop accessory. Its vibrant red color stands out amongst the grays and beiges that consume office space. The sleek, smooth retro lines. The sheer weight. The precise, solid movement. The mechanics. The thick, dense sound as paper is conjoined... One thing is certain - you will never covet an office supply as much you will your red Swingline stapler. Oh, and by the way, if you've got a smug bastard in your office named Lumberg, don't ever let him take away your red Swingline. It could be bad for the business... Durable metal construction with a retro style. 20 Sheet capacity. Jam resistant. Uses S.F. 4 Premium Staples (not included). 7 inches x 2.5 inches. TPS Reports not included.

This is by far the best stapler I have ever owned. I am now envied by all of the office. It's strange how people keep trying to steal my stapler. They had better not, because if they do... I just might be inclined to burn the building down.

After sitting in the same cube for seven years and most people not even knowing I work here. I was presented with this item. It functions quite well and has significants beyond functional and aesthetic.

It takes up little "Office Space" however I have noticed my boss eyeing it.

And I said, I don't care if they lay me off either, because I told, I told Bill that if they move my desk one more time, then, then I'm, I'm quitting, I'm going to quit. And, and I told Don too, because they've moved my desk four times already this year, and I used to be over by the window, and I could see the squirrels, and they were married, but then, they switched from the Swingline to the Boston stapler, but I kept my Swingline stapler because it didn't bind up as much, and I kept the staples for the Swingline stapler and it's not okay because if they take my stapler then I'll set the building on fire...

I bought this cheery red stapler about six months into a job that had a way of killing the spirt, if you know what I mean. My red stapler served as a focal point and sometimes a conversation starter. I could always find it because of its bright color.

And it is still going five years later, although I recently left the job behind. This stapler is not plastic, and the parts are not flimsy. I don't like loose papers, so I used a stapler a lot and this brightly-hued model with its classic design has outlasted other, sleeker models.

It's a good value for the money.

I purchased my red Swingline since 2002 after Swingline finally bent to public demand and began producing the "Office Space" stapler. It still looks like new and still staples 20 pages at a time. The bright red color makes it easy to spot on my co-worker's desks, too, when I occasionally have to track it down.

For those of you who don't get the "Office Space" references, you can read up on it on WikiPedia (link below) or better yet, rent the movie.

Hey it staples, real heavy duty good old stapler. Well constructed and has weigh. It takes all my every day needs. I can find it too, nott your boring black like every other office product.

Oh wait, here it is... This is a really nice, heavy, well made stapler. I read someone said it could double as a weapon, and I suppose they're right... it is pretty heavy. lol Not cheap plastic, but metal. I bought one and liked it so much I got another for my husband so he wouldn't cart mine off to work with him. Um. Yeah. He'd totally do that. ;p
