Product Description

What? Well, it's not always possible to speak your mind on the Internet. So cyber-culture has developed a whole new way to curse and blaspheme without necessarily conjuring up the negativity associated with the whole phrases themselves. And beyond lessening the bite, it's much more efficient to communicate with acronyms everybody understands. I suppose you might be wondering to yourself right now "Oh ThinkGeek, Why is this the case?" WTF are you asking us for? We just work here. Jeez. Black 100% cotton heavyweight t-shirt with 'WTF?' imprint on front middle in white. WTF? Coffee Mug also available!

5.0 out of 5 stars what? the fork?, August 29, 2004
This review is from: WTF? (Apparel)
Well, WTF is a well known acronym for those who chat or get e-mail, especially for those under 30. Well, it doesn't mean "What the fork?" but it sounds eerily similar - and doesn't require that you write out the crass word it really stands for.

Geeks, teens, chatters and those in the know will chuckle when they see you parade around in this shirt.

Now you may ask yourself, "Self, what do I do if my kid/pastor/boss asks me what this means?" You could always say it means "Wednesday, Thursday or Friday?" for beer or something... if you're gonna lie, you can take it from there. Personally, I know some folks who would like this as a gift, but I wouldn't get caught in public wearing it!
