Ahh, where to start. The picture shows a webcam, which this model does not come with. Lenovo's price for this machine is $140 less than Amazon's. It comes with XP preinstalled, but nobody seems to know whether it's downgraded from Windows 7 or Windows Vista. Tried to cancel the one I ordered the same day (Sat) I ordered it, but Amazon claims it's in a pile to be shipped (despite not shipping until Monday) and there's no way to cancel it. I told Amazon that I'd accept the order if they gave me a credit to reflect the Lenovo price, but they told me that pricing was very important to them, but then said no, they won't match the manufacturers price. I'm going to refuse it when it arrives and buy from Lenovo.
