I buy only albums that I listen to them first and if I rate them 5 stars I buy the CD after... This album like others from the band is a must listen too for lovers of progressive rock in the Neo-Prog or Symphonic Prog genre!

Third album for Swedish prog band.Line up for this album is:
- Per Malmberg / vocals, guitars, keyboards, mandolin, accordion, percussion
- Johan Lindqvist / keyboards
- Stefan Gavik / guitars
- Fredrik Lindqvist / bass
- Lasse Bolin / drums, percussion
Salva's music is a mix of symphonic rock, hard rock and folk.
The album starts with the pretty heavy 'Exclamation Point'-heavy riffs, intense vocals.
2nd track 'Primoris Lugum' unveils the folk side of Slava, nice melody, great vocal harmonies, spiced with a heavy riff(again) and more mellow parts on accordion and mandolin .
The 3rd track, 'Adjustment' is the longest, almost 12 minutes, has some interesting funky guitar riffing, nice mellotron and a great moog while it alternates again between ballad and a more powerful style.
4th track 'Can Of Worms' goes heavy again in a metal vein.
'Frost', 5th track is one of my favourites and it reminds the work of gothic metal bands.
6th track, 'Loosing Battle', the shortest track on the album(only 3') is a beautiful piano ballad.
The album comes to a great conclusion with 'One Week'.
Very nice album coming from Sweden, will appeal probably more to fans of the heavier style in prog.
