I am only a beginner at the path of Aikido and I have just read only a few books about it including Budo by O'Sensei but this book gave me an inner feeling, that I should start praktice Aikido for real.This book is a gate which leads to the explenation that Aikido is a complete "philosofical" system which can be used by everyone in daily life. Natural balance beetwen body and mind can be restored by daily Aikido rutine. If you want to enter the path of Aikido - you must read this book.
