I chose to read this book after a friend suggested it and I strongly recommend it to all.
Instead I was pleasantly surprised that most included detailed anecdotes that provided the background behind the authors beliefs.
Well, there was one guy who believed that "There is no such thing as too much barbecue." -that was a fun one.
