This is a great book to learn news ways to nurture and value your marriage on a daily basis! A lot of fun, joy, humor, insight in these daily reflections...a worthwhile book to have at your disposal in any relationship. I enjoy reading a page a night...quick, easy, yet much to think about and reflect upon. No one ever teaches us "how" to be married...Toni Poynter gives us insights on how to approach marriage with grace, humor, love...without being preachy, weird or fanatical. Great nightstand book...I will have this for life...re-reading passages throughout the years as reminders of how to live a happier marriage and self.

We have been married four years, and still keep this book on our nightstand. We often read it aloud to each other. It somehow makes everything clear for us.

We try to take time every weekend to stop and think about how we're doing in our marriage, and what we can do better. Reading each other a page or two from the hardback edition of this book has become an important part of this ritual.
