5.0 out of 5 stars A powerful spiritual statement...., February 20, 2002

Jonathan Jackson takes a step back from his edgier work on "God Candy" to offer his fans a soft, quiet, and powerful exploration of his spiritual mind.

Songs like "Golden Street," "Heart of the Eart," and "Use Your Wings" are amazingly complex and yet simple.

You can't listen to this album and not feel uplifted. Jonathan's voice has never sounded stronger. A great addition to your collection to tide you over until "Glory Come Undone" the debut rock and roll CD by the Scarlet River/Jonathan Jackson.

4.0 out of 5 stars This I know CD Scarlet River, September 30, 2001

This is a great CD for anyone who loves soothing music. Jonathan Jackson wrote most of the songs and music on the album. His talent is great. His passion for the lord is awesome. His guitar and piano playing is beautiful and you can see how he grown as a musician since his last CD God Candy. The CD is more intimate than his previous CDs. It is a love song to god. I recommend this CD to anyone who wants to get in touch with the lord and anyone who just loves great music and lyrics.

5.0 out of 5 stars AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, September 3, 2005
This review is from: This I Know (Audio CD)
This is a great album. Jonathan's voice is supurb. The cristian songs that he wrote for this album, excluding How Great thou art and The Old Rugged Cross, are excellent. His father, Ricky Lee Jackson, did an AWESOME job on The Old Rugged Cross and How Great Thou Art. Jonathan did an AWESOME job on the songs he wrote as well. Richard, his brother, sounded great also. I just love Jonathan Jackson's music. It's excellent. I highly highly recommend it.
