More About the Author

Pseudonymous Bosch is the anonymous pseudonymous author of the Secret Series. Not much is known about him other than that he has a passionate love of chocolate and cheese and an equally passionate hatred of mayonnaise. Rumors of Boschian sightings are just as frequent and about as reliable as reports of alien abductions. If you ever meet anyone claiming to be Pseudonymous himself he is almost certainly an impostor. The real Pseudonymous is said currently to be hiding in a cave in a remote jungle (although there are contrary reports that he is somewhere in Greenland). You may contact him through his website www.pseudonymousbosch.com

5.0 out of 5 stars Love the Series October 11, 2010
Format:Hardcover
I love this series as much as my third grader does. In trying to describe this book to others the only words that seem to fit together are intellectually silly. My daughter and I read this book out loud to each other and were in tears when in the early chapters we were busted by the author for doing just that. Keep them coming Bosch!

5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic Series for Advanced Readers February 1, 2011
By MMA
Format:Hardcover|Amazon Verified Purchase
My son is seven. He devoured the Harry Potter books, but I had him stop after book five. At that point, I was in a real quandry. I needed a book series that would have an age appropriate story line yet challenge him with vocabulary and reading comprehension without being too taxing. The Secret Series was the perfect solution for my young voracious reader.

This book will appeal to both boys and girls as there are two main characters of each gender. Plus, the girl isn't overly "girly", so she doesn't turn my son off.

The entire series of books has mystery, intrigue, and loads of humor. However, I do recommend starting with book one and reading the subsequent books sequentially.

5.0 out of 5 stars Courtesy of Teens Read Too June 13, 2011
Format:Hardcover
Gold Star Award Winner!

Cass is back, and now she might be in grave danger. She's swallowed the dreaded Time Traveling Chocolate and is stuck in the past. To make matters worse, she's disoriented, confused, and not sure who or where she is. With the help of a long-lost relative, she'll try and fight her way back to the present.

Meanwhile, in the present, Cass is in the hospital in a coma. Max-Ernest and Yo-Yogi are worried sick about her and aren't sure what is causing her condition.

Two races against time, life and death on the line, crucial clues that could be vital to the present. Can Max-Ernest and Yo-Yogi put the pieces of the puzzle together in time to save Cass? Can Cass find both herself and her way back to the present?

An action-packed adventure for reluctant readers. The characters are well-developed, and the plot is complex and well-crafted. Those who have read the first three books in the series who enjoy adventure, action, and mystery tales will enjoy this continuation in THIS ISN'T WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE.
