LOVE WESTERLY!, March 4, 2011
Caveat: I am a huge fan of nu-metal and alt-industrial music. My least favorite music, well, other than fringe stupid stuff like bluegrass or whatever...is country. Very, very much dislike country music. Sorry, but I cannot take seriously any genre of music where 'Jiffy Lube' is given a spot in a song lyric. The chicks ALL SOUND THE SAME, and the dudes, well; not sure what they're selling but without a doubt not vocal talent. Having said that, I love Westerly! Love them boys! Smooth, flowing vocals and comfy songs. This band, and their albums are what I listen to when I'm feeling good and wanna feel better. I have heard Westerly live (I manage a bar where they once performed and have been a rabid fan since) and I have their music on my computer, phone and mp3, they're great.
