Take it from someone that owns hundreds of soca CD's--This is a must-have! Anyone that is new to soca or those that haven't been able to find all these tunes on CD will love this one! Great from start to finish with just about every style represented.

The music will blow your mind and keep your groovin' all night long!!! 10 stars!! I am surprised you can't hear mine as loud as it is!!! Its an awesome dance party non-stop...All West Indians...dis is de mad stomp!!

I JUST RECEIVED THIS CD AND IF THIS MUSIC DOESN'T GET YOUR BODY MOVING THEN YOU BETTER CHECK TO SEE IF YOU HAVE A PULSE! THIS CD BRINGS BACK MEMORIES OF OUR CARIBBEAN CRUISE. I PUT THIS CD ON AND FEEL LIKE IM ON A ISLAND VACATION. THE MUSIC IS SO UPBEAT WITH A GREAT TROPICAL CARNIVAL FEELING. GREAT PARTY MUSIC FOR SURE! I RECOMMEND TO ALL WHO LOVE ISLAND MUSIC. WHERE'S MY RUM PUNCH?

I dance to this album when I get up in the morning and it gets me going every day!!! Better than caffeine and a lot more fun!!I love "Dollar Wine" and "Billie Jean". If you can calm down long enough to read them, the liner notes explain the history of SOCA and the various styles. This album includes the best.

I LOVE this disk! All the tracks are great! My favorite is Track No. 3, Rank Kang Katang, by Ajala (From Carnival 1986) who successfully blends chutney soca, ragga, dancehall that's surely gonna make you move your bumbum!Yuh gonna really enjoy this purchase!

The mix of Chinese Laundry, Superblue, Tambu, and Colin Lucas are some of the best soca songs ever out. Also, Andy Stephenson's great rework of Michael Jackson's "Billie Jean" (among other MJ songs) will make you laugh and move your body at the same time.
