IF YOU HAVE NOT GOTTEN THIS CD YOU NEED TO IMMEDIATELY. THIS YOUNG LADY IS SO TALENTED AND SHE HAS AN EXTRAORDINARY VOICE. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A COPY, YOU ARE MISSING OUT ON THE NEXT BEST THING...YOU GO GIRL!!!

Wow!!! This girl can sing. Her ablitily to sing different styles of music is just amazing. I Love It !! If you don't have this CD I strongly recommend it.

This CD is amazing!!!. This artist has an incredible voice!!!. Every song on this CD speaks to you. While most CD's have maybe 3 songs that are worth listening to, Every song on this CD is a Hit. I would definitely recommend it to anyone that loves good music that touches the very soul.

Last December, I went with some co-workers to a jazz set at a restaurant one Sunday evening. The music that spewed forth from the band's instruments was silky smooth, creating quite the ambience. Soon, it was time for the featured artist of the night to perform. I watched the young woman make her way up to the stage and she began to speak to the audience about the goodness of God. This of course was unexpected, but as soon as she started to sing it brought a refreshing spirit into the place. Her angelic voice quickly commanded everyone's attention and listening to her only confirmed my belief that many of the more talented artists are still either undiscovered or have not gained commercial success. So I wasn't too surprised when the emcee mentioned that Patricia Shirley had done background vocals for a countless number of artists.

Patricia Shirley is a new artist that people need to hear. The first track on the album, "Unselfishly" instantly draws the listener in. Hearing the beginning of the song was equivalent to the smell of a freshly baked sweet potato pie. This song has a unique perspective and thoughtful lyrics, as does the other songs on the album. The next track is "Song of Praise," an up-tempo R&B-style jam in which the production doesn't hide the true quality of her voice. The next three tracks are more contemporary gospel/R&B-style songs and all are special in their own way. The infectious "Real Love" is another up-tempo jam that encourages the listener to search for "real" love, which is God's love. "Smile" and "You Can Achieve" are considered to be more motivational, instead of actual gospel songs. They are then followed by "Sing to the Lord" which is a more traditional style praise song. The album eventually ends on a high note with "Your Faithfulness." This song proves to be a great ending to a very good album.

People, please don't sleep on this talented young woman. She has a special anointing and gift to share with all of those who are willing to receive. But then again, like they say about relationships, it's your loss if you miss out. Do yourself a favor and add this album to your gospel collection.

This you girl is outstanding!! My hat is off to you. This is the kind of music we need to hear. I will be buying another copy for a friend. This project is great!!!
