Jan Hornung grew up in Texas and has lived in eight other states and two countries. Her resume includes U.S. Army helicopter pilot, newspaper journalist/columnist, and Army wife. Her first book is, "If A Frog Had Wings...Helicopter Tales." She currently resides with her two Siberian Huskies and Army career husband in various parts around the world.

I loved this book! For anyone who wants to pee their pants from laughing so much...this is it. I remember reading Mrs. Hornung's newspaper articles when I was stationed in Hohenfels and she worked down the hall from my dad. I can relate to her american-in-germany scenerios. This book and her others deserve 5+ stars!!!!
