The previous reviewer is an idiot for calling it Arabic fusion.
This band is what defined and arguably created what we now know as World Fusion music. It was and will remain the epitome of music from the East meeting the West (or vice versa). This was a combination of John Mclaughlin with his Jazz and Jazz Fusion history with four other Indian classical music artists. This, according to me is one of the best live songs performed EVER! I can't get enough of this song and thank Shakti for existing.

I really enjoy this album, the enterplay with the drums and guitar is excellent. I would call it arabic fusion.
